The Aeonium Sunrise is a beautifully colored succulent plant species. This Aeonium was created by breeding Aeonium Fiesta plants and is a shape that you rarely encounter.

The Aeonium Sunrise produces beautiful elongated leaves with a pointed end. The leaves have a dark red-purple color. with a dark purple-brown stripe in the middle. When the Aeonium Sunrise grows older, it will form small trunks from which new rosettes will grow. Ultimately, the Aeonium medusa reaches a height of 45 cm.

The color of its leaves changes depending on the season. The dark red-purple color is especially visible in spring and summer. In winter it has a light green glow. This has to do with the kissing intensity during this period. So give the Aeonium Sunrise a nice sunny place so that it retains its beautiful color.

In very warm summers or on old plants, a flower may develop. The head of this Aeonium then turns into elongated stems with all kinds of small yellow flowers on them.
