Euphorbia Enopla is a beautiful Euphorbia with beautiful long red-purple spines that grow on the intense green-colored stems. The Euphorbia Enopla looks very similar to a cactus. Yet it is a succulent and falls under the spurge family. When the Euphorbia Enopla gets a wound, white sap comes out. Avoid contact with this juice as it irritates your skin and eyes.

The Euphorbia Enopla often branches. As a result, this Euphorbia eventually grows into a shrub of 30-80 cm high. Just like the hairs of humans, the spines turn gray as this Euphorbia ages. This only happens with the old spines that grow at the bottom of the plant. The new spines on top keep their beautiful color. The flowers of the Euphorbia Enopla appear from the tip of the spines and are yellow in color.

In nature, the Euphorbia Enopla occurs in western Africa. It is an easy grower and bloomer that has few other requirements.
