Information

The Huernia Macrocarpa is a beautiful succulent plant from the carrion family. The Huernia Macrocarpa originally comes from Ethiopia. Here this Huernia grows between granite rocks.

The Huernia Macrocarpa produces all new side shoots from the leaf axil. The Huernia eventually grows into small clumps of 25 cm wide and 20 cm high. The stems of the Huernia Macrocarpa are green in color. At the base of the plant they are round and at the top they are more pointed and triangle-shaped. There are soft pointed tips all around the stems.

The Huernia Macrocarpa blooms with us in the autumn. For a Huernia, the Huernia Macrocarpa is a very easy bloomer. The flowers of the Huernia Macrocarpa are bell-shaped, dark red to purple in color.
