This is a beautiful succulent plant with all kinds of small leaves and can grow into a large shrub of 2.5 to 5 meters high. Elephants like the top leaves best and can eat up to 200 kg of them per day. Not only elephants eat the leaves of this succulent plant. The leaves are often used in salads in local restaurants. They have a fresh lemon flavor.
