The Aloe Vera is the best-known Aloe species. This Aloe is not only very beautiful, but is also often used in wound cream, sunscreen, cosmetics and healthy consumer goods. The Aloe Vera is a large growing Aloe species. Large plants can grow up to 1.5 meters high. The leaves of the Aloe Vera can grow up to 60 cm long. They are gray-green in color and have white stripes.

Aloe Vera also does well outside in spring, summer and early autumn. When you take it outside in the spring, it is wise to first let the plant get used to the sun. Otherwise she will burn. Once she is used to it, she can grow in full sun.

From the heart, the Aloe Vera blooms several times a year. A large flower stem then appears with all kinds of orange-yellow bell-shaped flowers on it.
