The Cereus jamacaru inermis is a beautiful and friendly cactus. The normal form of this cactus has many spines, but this Inermis variant does not. This makes it ideal if you want to place this cactus in a place where children and pets can reach it.

The Cereus jamacaru inermis has a dark green color and slightly wavy ribs. There are small white areoles on the ribs. These areoles are sometimes a bit woolly.

The Cereus jamacaru inermis will bloom here in the summer. However, this cactus usually only blooms when it is 1 meter higher. Large white flowers grow from the side of the cactus and remain open for several days. The flowers spread a slightly sweet scent.
