Information

The Haworthia reinwardtii is a nice transplanted species that occurs naturally in the southeast of the Eastern Cape province in South Africa. Here this succulent often grows in the shelter of other plants between rocks on sandy plains.

This Haworthia produces elongated pointed leaves that grow upwards on its stems like scales. When the stems of the Haworthia reinwardtii grow longer, they start to droop. This makes this succulent extremely suitable as a hanging plant. Its leaves have a fresh green to dark green color and are decorated on the outside with a pattern of white dots/stripes.

The Haworthia reinwardtii loves to bloom, she usually does this in spring and autumn. A long flower stem with many green-gray flowers grows from the top of the plant.
