The Lithops pseudotruncatella is a beautiful Lithops species that occurs naturally in a large area in South Africa and Namibia. Here this Lithops grows in dry areas in mineral-rich soil. Often largely sunk into the ground between small rocks. This makes these Lithops very difficult to find in some locations, but this is especially easy when they are in bloom.

The Lithops pseudotruncatella is characterized by its beautiful fine lines in the drawing on top of its leaf. The stones of this species grow to between 2 and 3.5 cm in size. If the Lithops pseudotruncatella is happy with you, it will bloom in the fall. The flower bud appears between its two leaves. This grows into a beautiful yellow flower.
