How can I pay?
We have made it easy for you to pay for your new cacti and succulents. We have added as many payment methods as possible through our partner Mollie. You can pay for your order at Ihaveacactus via iDEAL, PayPal, Bancontact, credit card, sofortBanking, Belfius, KBC/CBC, Klarna afterwards, Apple Pay or transfer in advance via your bank. What are the shipping costs?
When you enter the country to which you want to send the cacti and succulents on the checkout page, the shipping costs will become visible.
In the Netherlands, the shipping costs are €4.99. Orders from €50 are shipped free of charge.
To Belgium, the shipping costs are €7.50. Orders from €80 are shipped free of charge.
To Denmark the shipping costs are €12.75, orders from €125 are shipped free of charge.
To Germany the shipping costs are €7.75, orders over €100 are shipped free of charge.
To France, the shipping costs are €12.50. Orders from €125 are shipped free of charge.
To Italy the shipping costs are €13.75, orders from €150 are shipped free of charge.
To Luxembourg, the shipping costs are €10.25. Orders from €110 are shipped free of charge.
To Austria, the shipping costs are €12.50. Orders from €125 are shipped free of charge.
To Spain the shipping costs are €14.50, orders from €125 are shipped free of charge.
To Great Britain, the shipping costs are €10.25. Orders from €110 are shipped free of charge.
How are the cacti and succulents shipped?

What is the return policy at Ihaveacactus?
For the return or withdrawal of ordered products, we make a distinction between plants and other products, such as pots. Our plants cannot be returned because they are considered perishable goods. Other products can be returned within a 14-day cooling-off period. You must first contact us by email within the 14-day cooling-off period info@ikhebeencactus.nl |
After this notification, you have another 14 days to return the product. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the product with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. You will then be credited with the full order amount, excluding shipping costs. The costs for returns are at your own expense. The amount due will be refunded within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

What is the delivery time within the Netherlands?
We do our utmost to ship all orders placed before 2:00 PM on workdays the same day, except for weekends and public holidays. Letterbox post and parcel post via PostNL has a delivery time of 1 to 2 working days (except public holidays). Ihaveacactus is not liable for any delays during PostNL transport.
For orders to Belgium, the same delivery time can be observed as in the Netherlands.
We cannot give a fixed delivery time for orders to other European countries.

How should I care for my new cactus and succulent friends?
We have prepared a clear manual for you with fun and practical tips. See our care page so that you can master the care of your cacti and succulents.
What is the minimum order amount?
At Ihaveacactus you must order at least one product. It doesn't really matter what it costs. If you want us to send you one cactus, we will!
Is there something wrong with my cactus?
Has your cactus developed a disease? Is the cactus becoming less beautiful? Will the cactus die completely? There is a good chance that your cactus is not in the right place or is not getting the right amount of water. In most cases, this can be traced back to the care. Therefore, please contact Ihaveacactus if you see something strange about your cactus. In many cases, we can advise you so that you can fully enjoy your cactus again.
Why can't I order more than one piece of my product?
For example, if you can only order one cactus, there is only one cactus of that species left in stock. Would you like to have more? Please contact us, and we will see what we can do for you.
A cactus, succulents or other plant is out of stock. When will this arrive?
Our range of cacti, succulents, and caudex plants is supplemented weekly with plants from our own cultivation or purchased from other growers. Therefore, keep a close eye on the webshop when the plant you want is available again. Some varieties are very popular and few available, these can be sold out in one day.
How can I return my cactus, succulent or other plant?
Exchanges are not immediately possible with products that may spoil within the statutory 14-day cooling-off period. All our cacti fall under this category. Because it cannot be guaranteed that the cacti have been properly cared for by the customer, they cannot be returned. Quality control is carried out on the plants at both the grower and Ihaveacactus . We only supply 100% quality products. If you believe you have received a plant that does not meet quality expectations, please contact us. We always provide a suitable solution.
