Information

The Antimima Turneriana is a very special plant that you rarely encounter. In nature, the Antimima Turneriana occurs around the South African village of Vanrhynsdorp. Here the Antimima Turneriana grows in full sun in a soil mixture of white quartz, loam and lime. Possibly this combination of minerals gives the Antimima Turneriana its beautiful color.

The Antimima Turneriana produces several elongated leaves that have a beautiful blue-gray color. New leaves grow from the heart of these leaves. This causes the Antimima Turneriana to crawl over the ground, as it were.

The Antimima Turneriana will bloom with us in the winter. The small flowers, up to 1 cm in size, grow from the heart of the leaves. The flowers have a pink-purple color and a light-colored heart.
