Information

This is a small succulent plant from South Africa. Here it occurs in areas near Swellendam and Buffeljachte in the Cape Province. The intense green to gray-green stems grow 6-12 cm long. The angular stems on the stems turn reddish as the plant receives more sun. This Orbea Divaricata branches from the base to form a cluster.

The flowers of the Orbea Divaricata are star-shaped, waxy, firm and creamy white to pink. The heart of the flower is colored yellow to green. The flowers have a diameter of 4 cm and appear at the end of summer.
