The Orbea mutabilis is a beautiful carrion flower species with impressive flowers. This species has never been found in nature. It is probably a hybrid of the Stapelia revoluta. The first plants grew from seed in the Vienna Botanical Garden.

The Orbea mutabilis has fresh green to dark green stems. These grow to between 7-12 cm long. The Orbea mutabilis produces many new side shoots from the side. This way you will get beautiful full plants over time.

The Orbea mutabilis will bloom in our country at the end of summer or in autumn. The flowers can sometimes grow up to 18 cm in size and have five petals. The flower has a light yellow color with beautiful red patterns on it.
